How to Read Chart Signals and the Chronos Forecast

Every chart page has ML signal markers and a Chronos forecast. Here is how to read them without over-trusting either.

Step 1: Open a chart

Go to yrobot.us/chart/NVDA, or any other ticker.

Step 2: Read the signal markers

Each marker is a machine-learning classifier's label for a pattern at that bar. A marker means "this resembled past patterns", not a trade instruction.

Look at how often markers appeared over the last few months. A cluster of conflicting signals is weaker information.

Step 3: Read the Chronos forecast band

Chronos is a time-series model. The central line is its median path; the band is the spread of plausible paths. A wide band means high uncertainty, so use the width as information.

Step 4: Check against context

Compare with volume, the stock's fair value and the market regime (see the guides on checking a stock and reading the market regime).

Step 5: Scroll back

See where earlier forecasts landed against actual prices on the same chart. Models miss; judge the size of the miss.

What this can't tell you

Where the price is going. Forecasts are ranges and are sometimes wrong by a lot.
