Terms and Conditions of Use for ŷRobot Trading Platform
Introduction
By using the ŷRobot trading platform ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions of Use ("Terms"). These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and the Provider. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Platform.
Disclaimer
The Provider does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, timeliness, reliability, suitability, or availability of the Platform, nor does it guarantee the suitability or profitability of any particular trade or investment. The Provider shall not be responsible for any loss or damage incurred by you as a result of using the Platform.
User Responsibilities
You are solely responsible for your use of the Platform, including but not limited to any trades or investments made through the Platform. You acknowledge that cryptocurrency trading involves risks and that you have conducted your own research and due diligence before making any trades or investments through the Platform.
Fees
The Provider reserves the right to charge variable trading fees for using the Platform. These fees are subject to change at any time, and the Provider will notify you of any changes via the Platform or other means.
Lost Funds
The Provider shall not be liable for any lost funds resulting from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to any errors or failures in transactions. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and taking appropriate measures to protect your funds.
Customer Misuse
You agree not to misuse the Platform or engage in any activity that may interfere with or disrupt the Platform or other users. This includes but is not limited to hacking, phishing, or other malicious activities.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold the Provider and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents harmless from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Platform or any violation of these Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of The United States of America. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms shall be resolved in accordance with the dispute resolution provisions set forth below.
Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitration shall be conducted in Melbourne, and the award rendered by the arbitrator(s) shall be final and binding on all parties. Each party shall bear its own costs and attorneys' fees incurred in connection with the arbitration.
Modification
The Provider reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time, and such modifications shall be effective immediately upon posting on the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform after any such modifications shall constitute your acceptance of the revised Terms.
Termination
The Provider reserves the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Platform at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to any violation of these Terms.
Entire Agreement
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and the Provider and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether oral or written, between you and the Provider.
